TINY! But influental!

There is one great aspect about being petite and tiny (honestly, people think I’m a kid as long as I don’t speak); I can buy clothes in the kids’ department. The childrens’ section at H&M carries a lot of the same fashion as the other sections, and the prices are often a lot lower! Look at this bargain I made today! 300 NOK for the jacket!

I always wanted a leather jacket, but since my body body is so small, the shoulders won’t fit me (they’re always huge and poofy). I don’t HAVE shoulders D: But look at this one! Fits me perfectly! Perhaps a bit wide at the waist, but to hell with it! And yes, I’m in one of those girly moments where I have to rant about fashion now! Wuuhuu!

ALRIGHT, back to track! They still have not stopped praising our særemne-presentation heeheh. We must have struck a cord! :3 Dangit, should have recorded it! And they genuinly want to read the books! Or perhaps I should be a bit more specific; they genuinly want to read The Golden Compass! Even though it is a huge block of paper and a lot of my classmates aren’t really fantasy-people! I never expected that! WOOHOO MISSION COMPLETED :D

EPISK!

“..for husk, vi er alle vinnere. Takk for oss.” Stearinlyset, som vi hadde tent i begynnelsen av presentasjonen, ble blåst ut. Applausen som brøt ut var momentan og støyende. Kalle og jeg stod der og gliste fra øre til øre enda vi hadde glemt et par ting her og der, men det visste ingen om. Gratulasjonene som fulgte (“Dere eier!” “Dette var sykt!” “Nyhetssending på tv2, neste steg, Kalle!”) var mange og store, og Berit – vår kjære norsklærer – så ut til å være riktig så fornøyd.

JA, DET BLE EPISK. EPIIIIISK! BEDRE ENN VI FORVENTA (enda vi forventa en del)!

HIGH FIVE, KALLE! BEDRE TEAM HAR DET ALDRI EKSISTERT!

Nå er det bare å geeke kjemi til prøva på torsdag. Digg. Det er en vakker fullmåne ute nå.

Jeg er helt beruset etter alt sollyset vi hadde i Porsgrunn idag. Så lykkelig har jeg ikke følt meg på lenge. Jeg drev støtt å smilte og kikket fraværende opp mot himmelen, noe jeg ikke har gjort på måneder.
AH, LIGHT! MY PRECIOUS EUPHORIA! MY MORPHINE, MY BRAND OF HEROIN! (Haha, noen som tok den?) Nothing pumps me up like natural light does. Nothing makes me more happy than a fine spring morning, when mellow strays of light caresses my bare arms and legs as I stroll along the quiet streets. Ah, how I long for those days!

I don’t think I could ever describe exactly how strongly I feel for light! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to explain how precious it is to me! Take this picture from last summer here:

Today was one of those days, only a lot colder and with lots of snow instead of chirping birds in their nests. But the trees are still beautiful in their brilliant ice-gowns. AHH.
