That looks pretty great! I love experimenting with food, or well, that’s usually all I end up doing. Sticking to recipes are boring, so I guess my forté is experimenting with food. Every time I make food I start with one or two ingredients, like yesterday when I started with a craving for a good salad and potatoes…

Made a salad out of ruccola, lollo and another, some red onion and chives, then sprinkle some lemon juice and wasabi on top. Was awesome.

As for the potatoes I went with ovenbaked potatoes with chicken and maize. All seasoned with wasabi, pepper, provence and salt.

Should’ve taken a pic like you and put it up, it was absolutely fantastic \o/

Looks really, really delicious! I tend to experiment with making food too, but they aren’t always that successfull…
