I’m happy. I just placed an order on this beauty:

“Kieu, you’re happy.”
Wow. I must have seemed really down lately. Usually, it’s the other way around; “Kiyu, do you ever feel sad?”
But I was indeed really happy yesterday. For the very first time since Dr. Mueller first stood before us on the podium gripping a laser pen in her hand, I found her lecture interesting. Usually, I don’t understand the stuff she’s going through, and more than occasionally, I doze off without realizing. At least not until either Derek or Billy nudge me and I snap my head up in confusion. It’s been so bad now that Derek actually takes my lecture notes from me and scribbles down new ones.
Another reason for my sudden burst of endorphine is Dr. McDermott. He asked for my name during labs because I was so slow and rubbish that day (it was horrible), and when he heard it he burst out; “You’re the Norwegian one!” (He remembered me from when I came on the Open Day back in April) Amazing. So now he always smiles at me and wants to hook me up with the other 23 Norwegian pharmacy exchange students from Bergen :D
And I’m supposed to be at Sol’s place for some sushi right now. But I ran out of credit on my English phone. Crap.

Oi! Dødspen! Nå fikk jeg også skikkelig lyst på så fint smykke! :D
It’s not just a fabulous piece of art, it’s also a fully functional clock! An environmental friendly one as well, because it’s mechanical and doesn’t need any batteries. Just wind it up, and it’ll work for 12 hours :)
I love it! It looks like an alethiometer! :D
I know! I can’t wait for it to arrive!
